When you apply for a role, post a vacancy or subscribe to alerts, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, CV links and message content — plus basic technical data (device, browser) needed to run the site. Checkout payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

• Matching candidates with roles and employers with shortlists.
• Replying to enquiries and sending requested alerts (with your consent).
• Operating the store: orders, receipts and support for hiring plans.

Your control

Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data any time via the contact page. Newsletter emails always carry an unsubscribe link. We never sell personal data and only share it with the employer or candidate on the other side of an application you chose to make.
