Role overview
We are looking for a senior full stack engineer to own the user onboarding journey end to end — from the first signup screen to a fully activated account. You will work across a modern TypeScript stack, shape experiment roadmaps with designers, and ship improvements weekly.
This is a high-leverage role: onboarding conversion is the company’s north-star metric, and your work will be seen by every new customer. You will mentor two mid-level engineers and partner directly with product and data.
What you will do
- Own onboarding flows across web and API, from signup to activation
- Build and maintain features in TypeScript, Node.js and React
- Design and run A/B experiments that lift trial-to-paid conversion
- Partner with designers on prototypes, UX copy and empty states
- Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing and clear technical writing
What you bring
- 3–5 years building production web applications
- Deep TypeScript fluency across frontend and backend
- Experience with experiment-driven product development
- Strong SQL and familiarity with event analytics
- Clear written communication; EU work eligibility or relocation readiness
